Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. There are 150 bedrooms and 7 penthouses close-at-hand at the gambling den. The gambling den occupiestwenty-seven five hundred square feet and offers numerous features. In addition to gaming, Casino Queen offers a two thousand, five hundred customer river boat, a 140 lot RV park and easy access to MetroLink light-rail station.
